Pixel Press ("we", "us") sells digital downloads. This policy explains what we collect and why. We keep it minimal: we only collect what we need to deliver your purchase.
What we collect
- Your email address — to send your download link and receipt, and to provide support.
- Order details — which product you bought, the amount, and the time of purchase.
- Payment information — handled entirely by our payment processor (Stripe). We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
Solely to deliver your digital files, send your receipt, provide customer support, and keep records required for accounting and fraud prevention. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.
Service providers we share data with
- Stripe — processes payments securely.
- Amazon Web Services (S3) — stores and delivers your downloadable files.
- Our email provider — sends your download link and receipt.
Each only receives the minimum data needed to perform its function. We do not share your personal data with Pinterest or any advertising network; our marketing on Pinterest links only to public product pages and contains none of your information.
Cookies
The store itself uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe may set strictly necessary cookies during checkout for security and fraud prevention.
Data retention
We keep order and receipt records for as long as required for accounting and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your personal data at any time, subject to those obligations.
